I work with individuals and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. I specialize in helping people who are overwhelmed, burnt out, or feeling stuck—especially new parents and couples trying to reconnect in the middle of stress, disconnection, or conflict.
Many of my clients are high-achieving, emotionally intelligent, and self-aware. But even with insight, it can still feel impossible to manage the weight of everything on your own. Whether you're trying to rebuild trust in your relationship, adjust to parenthood, or just get back to feeling like yourself again, I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space to help you figure out your next steps.

Personalized Therapy with Clear Goals: At the heart of our work together is a commitment to your individual needs and objectives. From day one, we set clear, actionable goals for every session, ensuring each step is purposeful and directed towards meaningful change.
Data-Driven and Solutions-Focused: You can expect therapy that's not only based on the latest research but also tailored to deliver real results quickly. We use data to track progress and adapt strategies as needed, focusing on practical solutions that effectively address your specific challenges.
Open and Honest Communication: In our sessions, every topic is on the table. We tackle the hard conversations with honesty and respect, whether they're about relationships, parenting, or personal growth. This open dialogue ensures that you feel heard and supported throughout your journey with me.
Empowerment and Support: As your therapist, I’m here to guide you, challenge you, and support you. I aim to empower you with the tools and insights needed to manage and improve your relationships on your own, making therapy a transformative experience that extends beyond our sessions.

Beyond therapy, I'm a foodie, travel enthusiast, and plant aficionado. I balance my professional life with personal passions, including spending quality time with my husband and son, diving into wellness blogs, and relaxing with comedies on Netflix. I love the outdoors and in the warmer months, expect to always find me in or near a body of water.
I received my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Florida and my Masters in Social Work from the Catholic University of America. My professional background includes specialized training and practical experience in addressing complex relationship issues. I am trained in the Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for couples, and experiential therapy approaches. I’ve also received extensive training in perinatal mental health and coparenting therapy.
