Sessions are similar to in-person meetings, focusing on your goals and concerns, with the flexibility to attend from the comfort of your home. We provide personalized, goal-oriented therapy tailored to your specific needs, ensuring effective outcomes.

The cost of therapy depends on the provider, but we accept insurance from Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, and United. For most clients, the cost is a copay between $0 and $35. We aim to make therapy accessible and affordable.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you miss a session, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. If you cancel within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment, you will be charged a no-show fee equal to the full session cost $110-$225 (depending on provider).
Frequent missed sessions without notice may require a discussion about your commitment to therapy, but we are here to support you, not to penalize you. Our goal is to work with you to find solutions that fit your schedule and needs.
