You’re here because you’re exhausted.
Your mind doesn’t shut off. Stress feels constant, not occasional. You’re carrying too much responsibility, too many emotions, and too many expectations, often without real support. Relationships feel harder than they should. Responsibilities have pushed you past burnout. Even when things look “fine” on the outside, you feel tense, irritable and emotionally worn down on the inside.
This is where I work.
I help people who are overwhelmed by life, relationships, and responsibility get grounded again. I work with individuals who feel stuck in stress and anxiety, parents who are burned out and reactive, and adults who want real tools to feel calmer, clearer, and more in control of their lives.

Personalized Therapy with Clear Goals: At the heart of our work together is a commitment to your individual needs and objectives. From day one, we set clear, actionable goals for every session, ensuring each step is purposeful and directed towards meaningful change.
Data-Driven and Solutions-Focused: You can expect therapy that's not only based on the latest research but also tailored to deliver real results quickly. We use data to track progress and adapt strategies as needed, focusing on practical solutions that effectively address your specific challenges.
Open and Honest Communication: In our sessions, every topic is on the table. We tackle the hard conversations with honesty and respect, whether they're about relationships, parenting, or personal growth. This open dialogue ensures that you feel heard and supported throughout your journey with me.
Empowerment and Support: As your therapist, I’m here to guide you, challenge you, and support you. I aim to empower you with the tools and insights needed to manage and improve your relationships on your own, making therapy a transformative experience that extends beyond our sessions.

I started my career focused on perinatal mental health, supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum. Over time, it became impossible to ignore a pattern I saw again and again. When stress goes untreated, it shows up everywhere. In your body. In your parenting. In your relationship. In how you respond instead of how you want to respond.
That’s why my work expanded to include couples and family therapy, especially parent-child work. When kids are struggling, parents are overwhelmed. When parents are overwhelmed, relationships suffer. Treating one piece without addressing the others rarely works.
A personal note:
I balance my professional life with personal passions, including spending quality time with my husband and son, diving into wellness blogs, and relaxing with comedies on Netflix. I love the outdoors and in the warmer months, expect to always find me in or near a body of water.
I received my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Florida and my Masters in Social Work from the Catholic University of America. My professional background includes specialized training and practical experience in addressing complex relationship issues. I am trained in the Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for couples, and experiential therapy approaches. I’ve also received extensive training in perinatal mental health, Parent-Child therapy and co-parenting therapy.
